Fabric Super Agent

Problem

As a lead designer, my focus was to craft the vision of the AI chatbot experience, identify opportunities to ease customer complexity and improve overall networking experience. I partnered with product and engineers leaders to develop strategies around this new program. This was a new program that was a 0 to 1 effort, I contributed to discovery, hands-on vision work, user research visual identity concepts and led design for the end-to-end product strategy.

Goals

As a new program, I developed a AI UX strategy and presented it to product and engineer leaderships. I laid out 3 goals:

  • Develop AI Experience Principles to scale ethnically

  • Advocate for scalable AI experiences across surfaces

  • Grow adoption to 1000 active-users by Q2 2027

Building the foundations

As the sole designer, I was led multiple efforts to standup a product from 0. This effort involved multiple teams, new product managers and a new way experience that is emerging. My goal was to guide the team for a successful laugh, design a experience that is familiar with our users and identify future opportunities for the roadmap.

AI Summaries

The first AI project that was the stepping stone to help customers analyze their inventory in a simple experience.

Human-in-the-loop

Launched the first iterate of Super Agent human-in-the-loop. The feature allows users to approve tools before the system continues the task.

Customer Support Integration

Cross-collaboration project with Customer Support team to integrate support services in Fabric Super Agent. This effort was a path forward to unify the customer support chat experiences into the Super Agent UX.

Work in progress…
