Equinix, the leading infrastructure company is on the journey to expand their AI capabilities. Multiple teams and projects have launched and the adoption rate for Equinix Intelligent chatbot is decreasing each quarter.
This was a problem my team wasn’t solving— I took initiative to kick it off. I started the project with creating a AI Design Framework document and shopped it around stakeholders working on AI projects. With multiple proposals on improving the customer experience— the idea was defined on creating a simple modular summaries experience that helps customers understand the health of their assets with Equinix.
