Internal Revenue Service (IRS) researched that users are now using mobile devices for everyday needs. I was tasked to design a better user experience by providing a responsive prototype for the Payments workflow of the IRS.gov website.
Developed a better user experience across all platforms and devices.
After exploring several options beyond the IRS.gov website. The team faced a road block on brand consistency, color options, and imagery. We went back to the first iteration and continued the look and feel of the current website across the new platform designs.
